Where is the module download?

The only link I find is the component. I used the module in 1.5, and want it for a new site.

What am I missing!!??

You missed it. It's on the same page you downloaded the component.
If you're reading this hover on joomla downloads above and click on joomla2.5 extensions.
Go to bottom of page and you'll see the module for download
