Hi there
I wrote the Joomfish xml file.
I have Rquotes on a 1.5.10 Joomla site with Joomfish 2.03
Will you explain more about the problem please.
Where have you put the xml files? - they should -
administration/components/com_joomfish/contentelements
Do you see the database table listed in the translation area of Joomfish?
Can you access the default text area for Rquotes?
Do the translations save and publish?
The xml files are standard Joomfish xml files tailored for the database tables of Rquotes.
Unless the component has become incompatible with Joomfish - which it has not then it should be working if it the xml files are in the right folder on your site.
I have added a couple of screen shots to show what I am talking about.
hmm maybe note - they won't add.

Brilliantly simple uninstall of old module and component - and install of the new.
So much easier this time - no loss of database contents.
So much better.
Rquote is getting better and better.
